CONTINUOUS MEDICAL EDUCATION

To date numerous meetings have been arranged in the George area some by reps, some by Outsama and others by individuals. Attendance varies, not everyone is aware of the meetings and there is often overlap between bookings and topics at considerable cost to the organisers. We all must obtain 50 CPD points each year with the least possible disruption to practice, personal life and with the least possible effort and cost. To this end we require feedback from you so as to streamline this process and to obtain the maximum benefit with minimum effort. Single point lectures once a month are probably not cost effective. A better booking system is necessary to avoid double bookings and overlap of topics.

• Library of Medicine - PubMed (this is the most extensive search library you'll come across)
